Nicole Clark Fleming
I am a woman of faith, a builder, and a servant at heart.
My journey did not begin with business—it began with being shaped, refined, and guided into purpose. Over time, I came to understand that growth requires both discipline and surrender. There were seasons that required stillness, honesty, and realignment, and through those moments, I learned the importance of renewing the mind, staying grounded, and moving with intention.
That foundation quietly directs everything I do. I do not build from impulse—I build from alignment, structure, and a responsibility to steward what has been entrusted to me.
I have been cooking for over 40 years, learning not only how to prepare food, but how to create experiences that bring people together. What began in the kitchen became something greater—an extension of care, consistency, and intention.

Everything I create—Grandma Irma Sauces, Affirmations: The Worthy Collection, Etc. — are intentional. Each business is built with discipline, consistency, and a commitment to create experiences that are meaningful, purposeful, and aligned.
This is more than business.

Message from the CEO
Grandma Irma Sauces was built from something deeply personal.
For me, cooking has always been more than preparing a meal. It has been a space for creativity, reflection, and connection. In many seasons of my life, the kitchen became a place where I could slow down, gather my thoughts, and restore balance in everyday life.
There also came a time when I had to take an honest look at my life and decide to move forward differently. I chose to surrender to God, trusting Him to guide my steps and to help me use the talents and gifts He placed within me for something meaningful. My desire became not only to build businesses, but also to allow those businesses to serve as platforms where the work reflects His purpose and where He receives the glory.

Grandma Irma Sauces was created to share bold flavors that inspire people to cook, gather, and create meaningful moments around food. Whether it is a family dinner, a backyard gathering, or simply experimenting with a new recipe, food has a way of bringing people together in ways few other things can.
Sometimes the simple act of cooking can quiet the noise of a busy world, creating space to reflect, reconnect, and find balance again.
Through NCF, LLC, my broader mission is to build brands that bridge gourmet specialty products with wellness and intentional living. Grandma Irma Sauces is the first expression of that vision.
